We are hiring a full-time dispatcher to join our team. (over 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Make sure that all students are pickup on time to and from their school.
Assign drivers and their vehicles
Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to resolve problems and route changes and make sure all routes are covered.
Maintain and record all requests, changes, problems e.t.c.
Assist with new hire and their 7D application process.
Qualifications:
Familiar with the local and regional area
Multi-task and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Some computer skills such as routing software, Google suite, and Microsoft Office.
