What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dispatching our amazing technicians to customer locations quickly and efficiently.
- Answering customer calls, emails, and chats like a total pro – friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
- Planning smart routes for our techs to save time and fuel (yes, you're a logistics wizard).
- Entering customer info and job details accurately into our CRM (attention to detail is your middle name).
- Keeping clean, organized records of all calls, jobs, and transactions.
- Assisting with route planning tools and supporting logistics optimization.
- Acting as the friendly voice between our team, customers, and internal departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Typing and data entry skills that are fast and flawless.
- Clear, confident, and courteous communication – both on the phone and in writing.
- Familiarity with dispatching, transportation, or logistics is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and phone systems (or a willingness to learn quickly).
- Calm under pressure – you can handle urgent calls without breaking a sweat.
