We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispatcher / Service Manager to join our team. As a Dispatcher / Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service with clients and technicians. . Required Skills / Abilities:
- Must have prior experience in Dispatching and Service Management
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Decisive and able to operate in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- 3+ years related experience
- Knowledge of fuel tank compliance and equipment
Responsibilities include:
- Daily / weekly scheduling of field service technicians
- Follow up with customers on completed jobs to ensure completion & satisfaction
- Review and process return trip work orders to ensure all jobs are complete
- Identify and order parts needed and utilized in service repairs
- Provide inside support to field service technicians
- Assist in sales and marketing efforts to build out a new customer base
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams internally
- Assist in filing, mailing, phone calls, data entry, and other administrative work as assigned
- Client communications (phone and email)
- Inventory management
