Job Description Job Title: Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant Summary: The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the company by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Answer and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary, scheduling for multiple technicians. Welcome and direct visitors and customers. Maintains filing systems as assigned. Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed. Responds to customer emails. Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and assignments for employees. Prepares employee schedules. Schedules jobs for employees. Maintains office supply inventory and coordinates maintenance of office equipment. Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash. Processes payroll Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Highschool Diploma or equivalent Required Experience in an administrative role including payroll preferred but not required. Knowledge of Paychex Flex preferred. Exceptional project and personnel management skills. Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is preferred. Exhibit discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with management team.
