Disposition Specialists works with our clients to cancel their contracts with providers and close out the accounts in their name. They persistently and proactively resolve account complexities, including final meter reads, before an account goes through disposition. Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with utility providers to arrange final meter reads for metered utilities
- Researching and resolving issues that occur during the disposition process
- Closing accounts in Conservice software

- An expert at explaining complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
- Able to independently analyze to make unaided decisions and resolve issues
