Job Location: 1100 Clifford Ball Dr, Clinton PA 15026 Position Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate $34/hr Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Job Description: In this role, you will be providing leadership to the team and facilitating the distribution process to ensure the achievement of quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives. You will assist in the continued development of a high-performance work team with ongoing coaching and direction, both formal and informal. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-plus year of practical experience working in a distribution/warehouse setting An associate degree in a related field Previous supervisory/lead experience in distribution setting or equivalent Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and empathy, problem solving skills, adaptability. Must have coaching skills and succession planning experience. Preference is for a college degree but not required Responsibilities: Leads Team Members in the performance of distribution processes. Assures Team Member awareness and compliance to distribution process instructions, ISO Standards and JLG Quality System Procedures, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS Requirements). Assigning specific tasks, as required, to ensure the most cost-effective and productive use of the Team Members' time. Ensures that tools and materials essential for the performance of the work are readily available. Responsible for all Team Members' performance by providing training, guidance, and timely feedback through day-to-day feedback and periodic performance appraisals.
