Join Our Leadership Team: We’re Hiring a District Manager for Scooter’s Coffee (Multi-Unit)

If so, we’re looking for a District Manager to lead 4–6 Scooter’s Coffee drive-thru locations—bringing passion, accountability, and operational excellence to every store in your region.
What You’ll Do
As a District Manager, you'll be the key driver of success across multiple Scooter’s Coffee shops. You’ll mentor store managers, lead operational strategy, and ensure each location lives up to our high standards for quality, service, and culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Store Managers to consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and operational goals.
- Ensure operational excellence across all stores, including drive-thru performance, staffing levels, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Track and analyze KPIs (sales, labor, cost of goods, OSAT, speed of service, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support new store openings, hiring, and training initiatives to ensure successful launches and strong team foundations.
- Foster a strong, people-first culture across the district that reflects Scooter’s values and builds long-term team engagement.
- Problem-solve store-level challenges, including staffing shortages, inventory issues, or customer escalations.
- Act as the communication bridge between ownership, corporate guidance, and store-level teams—ensuring alignment and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
- Proven success in coaching and developing managers and frontline teams.
- Deep understanding of store operations, labor management, and inventory control.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering against KPIs.
- High energy, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to lead through influence.
- Ability to travel between store locations on a regular basis and be available for occasional early mornings, weekends, or emergencies.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
