Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Representative II to join our team. This role is responsible for fulfilling orders, researching and submitting legal documents, and ensuring efficient processing for internal and external customers. Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in business, legal studies, or a related field
- 4+ years of customer service experience with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and the ability to learn new applications efficiently.
- Must be able to type 45 words per minute.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Prior experience with legal documentation processing is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently for both internal and external customers.
- Research and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Submit legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations.
- Retrieve legal documents and research entity status as needed.
- Resolve or escalate issues while ensuring requests are completed efficiently.
- Communicate order status and progress updates to customers and internal teams.
- Navigate multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain a strong record of attendance and punctuality.
