Winneconne Thrift and Gift is looking for a Donations Manager. The right candidate will have excellent customer service and organizational skills. . Candidate must be able to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks while adjusting to changing conditions and priorities.
Work schedule is 16-18 hours per week. Pay will be based on experience.
The position of Donations Manager working with volunteers for a non-profit organization can be very rewarding.

Job Summary:
The Thrift Store Donation Manager is responsible for overseeing the donation process, ensuring that all donated items are received, sorted and processed efficiently. As the primary contact for our donations, a pleasant and professional disposition is a must.
Qualifications:
·High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Walk and/or stand on your feet throughout a normal workday.
Lift and move objects up to 30 pounds and bend as necessary.
Motivated and a high level of initiative
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 18 per week
