Summary
We are seeking a friendly and engaging Greeter to join our team at Icon Entertainment Group. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests as they enter our venues in Nashville. The Greeter will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Wave guests into our venue to fill the bar up daily.
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at our venues, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide information about the various attractions and events available at Icon Entertainment Group.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with guests entering and leaving our venue.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflicts effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong observational skills to ensure guest safety.
