About the Role:

As a Canvasser / Appointment Setter, you’ll be the face of our roofing company—connecting with homeowners in key neighborhoods, offering our services, and setting up appointments for our estimators. No sales experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Bring your friend and learn together!
What You’ll Do:
- Go door-to-door in targeted areas to introduce our services
- Briefly explain how our company can help with roofing and storm restoration
- Collect basic contact details and schedule appointments for free estimates
- Represent our company professionally and enthusiastically
- Use a simple script and proven approach (we train you!)
Compensation:
- Part-Time Canvassers average $2,500/month
- Full-Time Canvassers average $4,500–$5,000/month
- No cap on earnings – the more appointments you set, the more you make!
- Performance bonuses + growth opportunities for team leads and managers
