Responsibilities
- Canvas neighborhoods to generate leads for residential painting services
- Present company offerings and answer basic customer questions
- Schedule free estimates and record customer info accurately
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and business cards
- Represent the brand professionally and respectfully
- Meet daily/weekly goals for leads and appointments
- Follow local solicitation rules and safety guidelines
- Report activity and results to team leader
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
