Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Door-to-Door Sales Representative to promote and sell our epoxy garage floor installation services directly to homeowners and property managers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through door-to-door visits within assigned neighborhoods or territories.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of epoxy garage flooring and our specific services.
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate project estimates.
- Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships to secure sales.
- Represent Military Specs Epoxy Garage Floors professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $20.00 an hourly.
- Commission: $150 with each sale.
- Additional Incentives: Bonuses for achieving sales targets, referral bonuses, etc.
