```Duties```
* $300 sign-on bonus after your 1st 30 days *
-Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 5 hour s
- Maintain a min of 15 customers per week
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using TPV system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
```Qualifications```:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of technical sales, solar sales, or related industries is a bonus
- Willingness to learn about the market and stay informed about industry trends
- Ability to work outside and must be flexible with hours, work days includes evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays
