Job Title: Drive-Through Cashier Location: Butte, MT
Pay: Starts at $12 plus tips
Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Drive-Through Attendant to join our team. The Drive-Through Cashier will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized drive-through area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to maintain a cash drawer, a positive attitude, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Must be available 1030am-8pm Wednesday-Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor when they approach the drive-through window.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the restaurant's ordering system.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, allergens, and specials.
- Process payments and ensure correct change is delivered.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-through area, including the proper disposal of waste and regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions when appropriate.
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining adequate supplies at the drive-through station (drinks, salsas, plasticware, etc).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Availability Wednesday-Saturday 1030am-8pm.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
