Primary Purpose and Job Function: Working in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the Executive Director and the Life Enrichment Director, the Driver is responsible for the safe transportation of Residents to programs of Keystone Place and/or other services. The Driver must be courteous, helpful and understanding at all times. The nature of the scheduling of appointments requires flexibility in job performance and areas of assignment.
Education/Experience: High-school diploma or equivalency. Must possess a valid Connecticut Driver's License with Public Passenger "F" Endorsement and have a good driving record. The driving record will be checked annually.

- Valid driver's license CLASS F required with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely drive residents to and from doctor's appointments using our van or bus.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members.
