Job Overview: The Driver Helper supports the driver in delivering goods by assisting with loading, unloading, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Main Duties:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading deliveries
- Help secure cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Engage professionally with customers during deliveries
- Assist with completing paperwork and delivery confirmations
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
- Support route navigation and delivery handling
Required Qualifications:
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy items
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license may be required based on company policy
