About Us:
We are a small packing and shipping company in San Rafael, California. We have been in business since 1988 and have many loyal customers. We can ship anything, anywhere. We provide an assortment of shipping solutions to meet any shipping need and our customers budget. We provide other in store services such as mailbox rentals, copy / fax / scan / email, shredding, key duplication, notary, fingerprinting and passport photos.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm, Closed on Sundays
Closed annually on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Job Responsibilities: This is a part time position, working three days a week for 8 hours each day, preferably Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Driving
- Drive company van and small box truck throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
- Customer pick up of anything from small delicate items to large pieces of furniture
- Pack and secure items for drive
- Unload items at the store
- Manage paperwork - Bill of Ladings, Invoice Signatures, etc
Packing
- Pack items following general directions – non-breakable, breakable & freight
- Use preexisting boxes, build up boxes, or cut down boxes to meet box size requirements
- Create custom boxes
- Build wood crates
- Load packages, shrink wrap and strap down to pallet
Qualifications:
- Age 21 or older
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Must have valid Driver's License with a good driving record (Regular Class C)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance is required; in addition to the ability to maneuver packages of any weight over 50 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
