Position Overview
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide personalized care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll play a key role in promoting independence, supporting daily living activities, encouraging social engagement, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals in achieving personal goals.
Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, light housekeeping).
Foster inclusive social and community engagement.
Offer emotional support and encouragement.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Available Shifts:
Fort Myers
- Thursday: 8 PM – 8 AM (Overnight)
- Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM (Day)
- Saturday: 8 AM – 3 PM (Day)

- Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM (Day)
- Friday: 8 PM – 8 AM (Night)
- Saturday: 8 AM – 8 PM (Day)
- Saturday: 8 PM – 8 AM (Night)
Lakewood Ranch (Live-In)
- 7 Days
_ Port Charlotte (Live-In)_
- 3 to 4 Days
Fort Myers (Starting June 12th)
- Monday – Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
Experience in caregiving or support roles preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
