E-Commerce Operation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders based on customer requirements while ensuring all customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met
• Provide customer service via email and apps, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Accurately enter and manage data in the company system, ensuring orders are processed within the required lead time
• Collaborate with team members at the headquarters in South Korea
• Analyze SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) data to identify sales trends, pricing, top-selling products, and new product launches
• Utilize shipping software and customer portals to track order details
• Communicate daily with warehouse staff regarding carriers, pickups, and order statuses
• Monitor, manage, and update website content, including product listings and inventory levels
• Oversee back-order fulfillment and inventory availability
• Support the offline store team
• Ensure smooth communication with offline stores to optimize store operations and inventory management
• Coordinate product deliveries and logistics with offline stores to ensure seamless supply chain management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and passion for beauty and skincare brands
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer tools(e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.

Compensation

• $20-$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

• Business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
