We are searching for a fun-loving, yet detail-oriented teacher to help our 1 year olds learn through play! We are a hands-on, engaged with play throughout the day kind of child care center!
We are seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong educational background.
In this classroom we have 10-15 one year olds daily with two co-teachers. We are excited to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students' progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning experience
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare, special education, tutoring, or classroom settings is preferred
- Experience working with students in toddler care or childcare environments
- Knowledge of child welfare and the ability to educate young children effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
