Early Childhood Site Supervisor

Birmingham Public Schools is seeking an Early Childhood Site Supervisor for our Midvale Early Childhood Center for the 2025-26 school year.
This is a full time, 12-month position.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program Implementation and Oversight: Supervising and facilitating the work of early childhood teachers and associate teachers conducting evaluations, and providing training or professional development
• Supervision: Collaborate with the GSRP Supervisor for program compliance, and alignment for early childhood programming vision and management
• Classroom Management and Instruction: Assisting with classroom management, implementing instructional activities based on student goals, and ensuring the classroom environment is conducive to learning and maintains compliance around scheduling and staffing
• Staff Supervision and Support: Providing guidance and support to teaching staff, conducting staff evaluations, and ensuring staff adherence to program policies and procedures
