We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a preschool setting and be committed to implementing engaging educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and document children's progress through standardized testing and observational methods.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
- Incorporate literacy education and curriculum development strategies into daily activities.
- Utilize Montessori principles to enhance the learning experience for preschool-aged children.
- Provide support for children with special education needs, ensuring all students receive the attention they require.
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills and emotional growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is required.
- Familiarity with lesson planning, curriculum development, and literacy education is essential.
- Experience with standardized testing methods is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Montessori teaching methods is a plus.
- Background in special education will be considered an asset.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their educational journey is crucial.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
