Infosys is seeking Business Analyst, ECM, Data Mapping Consultant. In the role of Senior Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation, architecture definition, and design. You will play a key role in grooming user stories, creating high-level design artifacts, and delivering high-quality code. You will also lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
More than 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years of experience with Business Analyst, ECM, Data Mapping.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong data mapping skills
- Manage projects on a monthly software release cycle with minimal supervision.
- Gather business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business users, developers and managers.
- Develop use cases, functional specifications, and test cases. Ensure test coverage and complete documentation for each software release.
- Handle release weekend support and production support.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a global delivery environment.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers, and work independently with clients.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
