Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical systems and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices such as voltmeters
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members on projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems
- Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
Skills
- Proficiency in using voltmeters for electrical testing
- Mechanical knowledge to work on various equipment
- Familiarity with CNC machines and industrial electrician practices
- Knowledge of logic controllers and AutoCAD for system integration
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate work
- Understanding of hydraulics systems for equipment operation
- Experience with vision inspection systems for quality control
- Capability to calibrate equipment to meet specifications
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.34 - $19.52 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
