Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot motors, PLCs, sensors, and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance per schedule
- Read schematics and electrical diagrams
- Support retooling and project-based upgrades
- Follow strict safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, etc.)
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with industrial electrical systems and controls
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Comfortable with maintenance software and diagnostic tools
- Must pass electrical/mechanical aptitude test
- Willing to work second shift with some overtime/weekends
Preferred: Electrical certification, PLC troubleshooting, welding knowledge
Physical: Able to lift 50 lbs, frequent standing, kneeling, climbing, and visual detail work

Pay: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
