Salary: Compensation range dependent on prior experience and education $46,000 - $67,000

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Using curriculum and standards to instruct students in the classroom setting
- Supervising classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and inviting environment
- Organizing supplies and resources for elementary class sessions
- Using the Bible to integrate in lessons.
- Delivering personalized instruction to each student by through engagement
- Planning and implementing educational activities and events
- Planning with your grade level team
- Preparing and progress reports and trimester report cards and conducting parents/teacher conferences.
- Communication with parents via email, phone calls and meetings as needed.
- Evaluating and documenting students’ progress.
- Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests.
Teacher Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in teaching or relevant field.
- Born again Christian that loves Jesus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
