The Opportunity
BAMKO is currently seeking a reliable embroidery machine operators to join our company. This will be an on-site position at our new warehouse location off the Loop 202 and Buckeye Rd.The embroidery machine operator’s responsibilities include setting up embroidery machines, selecting pertinent tools and materials, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring that all projects are completed to work order specifications.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reads and understands specifications and customer orders
- Reads a ruler in 1/8” of an inch
- Hoops products in order for design to be properly run on machine
- Threads embroidery machine properly to the specified look
- Stands 8 to 10 hours per day in order to watch and re-thread machines
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an embroidery machine operator or similar preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Must be able to stand 8 to 10 hours per day
- The ability to read and understand instructional manuals
- Excellent administrative abilities and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
