Northwest Georgia Veterinary Emergency Center is excited to invite a Full-Time Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join our dynamic and expanding team as we expand to 24-hour services!
Northwest Georgia Veterinary Emergency Center was established in 2018 to provide critical, life-saving afterhours care to pets across Northwest Georgia as well as Northeast Alabama. We are a busy, well-equipped clinic that handles a diverse range of emergency cases, from critical trauma to sudden illnesses, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
You'll be joining a group of highly experienced and compassionate veterinary professionals who are genuinely dedicated to supporting one another. This means that whether you're facing a challenging case, need a second opinion, or just want to brainstorm solutions, you'll find a team ready to jump in and help.
We are looking for seasoned emergency or general practice veterinarians who are ready to transition into emergency medicine. We understand that making the jump from general practice to emergency can seem daunting, but you won't be alone. In fact, several members of our current team successfully made this very transition themselves. We know firsthand the skills and dedication that general practitioners bring, and we can confidently provide the support you'll need to thrive in an emergency setting.
Our compensation package includes a starting base salary of $150,000, quarterly production with no-negative accrual, along with sign-on and relocation bonuses. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, with company HSA contribution), life and disability insurance, 401K with company match, PTO, generous CE, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, uniform allowance, and more.
We’re more than a hospital—we’re a team that values each other and supports your personal and professional goals. Let’s talk about how you can be part of something exciting!
