ABOUT THE JOB

The Emerging Architectural Designer role will expose you to the entire design and documentation process. You will work within project teams and focus on growth, documentation, and communication.

This hybrid role requires at least two on-site days per week, with a potential request for three to support mentorship and supervision, ideally on the Firm’s anchor days: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

What will you do in this role?

You will…

• Design and prepare architectural documents and renderings.
• Consult with manufacturers and evaluate materials.
• Apply independent judgment in design development and problem-solving.
• Observe and document field conditions.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Grow within a flexible, hybrid working environment.

You bring…

• 0-3 years of experience in architectural design
• A culture-first mindset: honest, adaptable, curious, collaborative
• Technical skills and independence in executing standard design processes.
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to team-driven innovation.
• Bachelor's in architecture.
• Bonus in office experience

• Target Hiring Range: $55,000 to $82,000 DOE
