Why We Need You!
- Join our Enablement team to educate and empower our sales and partner networks with Ivanti’s unique value propositions and end to end solutions.
- Establish effective onboarding and ever-boarding programs for all client facing teams in collaboration with Sales leaders – catering each initiative to the nuances of the different roles in the Revenue Org.
- Collaborate with the Global Effectiveness team to run competency based live trainings to upskill our revenue generators across roles, regions and territories.
- Dig in to our sales process and methodology (MEDDPICC & Force Management), and build out training programs that reinforce what good looks like.
- Provide Sales leadership with insight into what’s working through regular report outs, and propose opportunities to grow!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Project & Knowledge Management:
- Manage Enablement Projects end-to-end in partnership with the broader Enablement team and/or key stakeholders.
- Design and implement an organizational knowledge framework, including centralized and searchable knowledge bases, to ensure employees and vendors can access vital information efficiently.
- Foster collaboration, provide training on knowledge systems, regularly review usage, integrate new knowledge into operations, and address feedback to improve information accessibility and effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic resource for the Enablement function to support the end-to-end management of key initiatives.
- Training Development & Delivery:
- Conduct needs assessments, collaborate with subject matter experts to define objectives, and apply instructional design models to create effective, learner-focused solutions.
- Develop and curate engaging instructional content across various formats, using instructional technologies and authoring tools to create clear, learner-centered experiences.
- Utilize instructional technologies to create multimedia assets like animations, simulations, and quizzes, while ensuring seamless e-learning experiences through testing and troubleshooting.
- Create assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness, analyze feedback to refine materials, and update training programs to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, provide guidance on best practices, and conduct workshops to support effective learning delivery.
- Sales Competencies Focus:
- Build programs that improve the sales team’s ability to nurture relationships, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct competency assessments to identify areas for improvement and tailor training content to address gaps in selling skills.
- Provide tools, frameworks, and actionable strategies for sales professionals to improve their selling techniques.
- Sales Onboarding Program:
- Support the Global Sales Onboarding Program, including developing role-specific onboarding paths, reporting on New Hire Performance, and iterating content.
- Partner with Regional Effectiveness Managers to establish and iterate the Fast Start Program, i.e., the Live Delivery of training content.
- Refine the Force Management program for New Hires by providing a breakdown of key principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on training and content needs of different departments.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will:
- Have 5+years of Enablement experience, as well as experience in a Revenue Generating or Customer facing role.
- Supporting innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.
- Assist in the creation of compelling enablement resources using your knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design Principles.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Proficiency with instructional design tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vimeo, Camtasia, LMS platforms – Highspot, Simplrr).
- Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and accessibility requirements (ADA, WCAG).
- Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Seek to understand our products key details, purpose, capabilities, value props, business outcomes and target customers/personas and then be able to communicate these effectively to the sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Create collaborative relationships across organizational levels and departments.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Possess initiative and drive to excel across all responsibilities.
- Organize, plan, document tasks; negotiate deadlines; and monitor and track progress daily.
- Demonstrate an understanding of, and enthusiasm for, the sales enablement process and its constituent components
