GI/Endoscopy Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in our Buck 3 Unit located in beautiful Seattle, WA. Join a high-performing procedural team in an acute care environment with state-of-the-art endoscopy suites.
Job Title: GI/Endoscopy Technician
Location: Seattle, WA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Start Date: 08/18/2025)
Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (10-hour shifts, 40 guaranteed hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procedure rooms with patient positioning and comfort
- Collect specimens and perform bedside pre-cleaning of scopes
- Set up and break down scopes and equipment
- Restock procedure rooms as needed
- Support common GI procedures such as EGDs, colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies
- Optional: Assist with esophageal motility studies (if experienced)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of GI Tech experience required
- BLS certification required
- Must be comfortable working independently in an ambulatory setting
- Must be flexible with potential rare floating to Federal Way, Bellevue, or Lynnwood sites
- Previous Cerner charting experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
