As an Entry Level Client Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement in the Richmond area. This role offers a unique blend of customer account management and marketing involvement, giving you the opportunity to grow and develop in both areas. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Account Manager:
- Engage directly with new and existing customers to build strong relationships, offering customized solutions based on their needs
- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring timely updates, accurate records, and seamless service delivery
- Assist the Entry Level Client Account Manager team with campaign coordination and data collection to optimize customer outreach efforts
- Utilize your knowledge of products and services to make tailored recommendations that align with the customer’s goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns through effective communication and personalized solutions
- Drive growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through proactive customer account management
- Track and report customer account activity, ensuring key performance metrics are met and exceeded
- Work alongside the marketing team and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve marketing strategies
Job Qualifications for the Entry Level Client Account Manager:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and how they relate to customer account management
- Ability to think quickly and find creative solutions to customer challenges
- Strong attention to detail to manage customer accounts and marketing data accurately
- Able to collaborate effectively with other Entry Level Client Account Managers, marketing teams, and leadership
