Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will support in-person customer interactions at events and outreach activities, assisting customers with questions and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers during live events and in-office visits
- Provide clear and accurate information about client products and services
- Answer customer questions and assist in resolving concerns in a professional manner
- Support event setup, takedown, and maintaining organized displays
- Track customer interactions and gather feedback for reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or public-facing experience is a plus but not required
