We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in a compliance role within a regulatory or training environment is highly advantageous.

Work Location:
- This position offers a mix of remote work and on-site responsibilities. The incumbent will be expected to work on-site a minimum of two days a week.
- This position is seeking an individual to work out of our Jackson, Tennessee office, however; applications will be entertained from the Nashville, TN area or Clinton, TN area for those offices.
