We are a private dental practice seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an Entry Level Dental Sales Associate/Consultant that has an outgoing personality who will wow our patients, a team player who will make the care of our patients a priority and someone who wants to grow along with us.
As the dental sales consultant, you are the first point of contact for our patients. You are the person who sets the stage for the experience the patients will have when they call and walk through the door.
This position is for a MOTIVATED candidate who is eager and willing to learn. The right person would be someone capable of working independently once they are trained with the office system. We are searching for an individual who can help us continue pursuing our goal of reaching prospective patients and helping to transform their lives one smile at a time.
The Sales Consultant is the first point of contact for all prospective patients and sets the stage for our office. This position drives the process of educating potential patients through the implant process. They will be a true empathetic seller, providing meaningful and authentic patient experiences. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to build rapport and trust with patients as they make this life changing decision. The ideal candidate will have the skills needed to help navigate, educate and assist the patient in the decision making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Owning the Consult (Sales) Process Throughout the Sales Cycle
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Strong understanding of dental products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Educate Prospective clients on Advanced Smile Dentistry Treatment options
- Follow up Calls to Prospective clients Daily
- Triage Leads over the phone
- Building out Payment Plans for Potential clients and align with their financial needs
- Utilizing the Lead system daily
- Ensuring a Smooth and Seamless Transition from Consult to Procedure
- Collaborate with Doctors and General Managers to Create and Drive Sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
· 5 Years of Direct to Consumer Consultative Sales
· Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets- Driven by crushing your sales goals and reaping the rewards
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
· Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
· Proficiency in basic data analysis.

· Experience with running loan applications, pre quals and knowledge of Interest Rates
· Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
· Ability to work Mon – Fri: 9AM to 6PM
