Food Manufacturing Assistant Technician – Entry-Level (Growth Opportunity)

We are a rapidly growing, family-owned business seeking a dependable and motivated Food Manufacturing Assistant Technician. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation by following specific instructions and recipes
- Prepare and label packaging materials
- Accurately pack finished food products
- Complete documentation for product tracking and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Wash dishes and perform general housekeeping tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions carefully
- Commitment to food safety—our top priority
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Experience in food handling or manufacturing is helpful but not required
