We are seeking dependable Maintenance Technicians to join the team at two multifamily communities totaling 800+ units. Both entry-level and mid-level positions are available based on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Support the turn process by preparing apartments for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
- Ensure community areas and amenities are safe, clean, and operational
- Participate in on-call emergency rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of maintenance experience (entry level) or 3+ years (mid-level)
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or carpentry
- Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- EPA certification preferred for mid-level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
