Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties from start to finish.
- Conduct property showings and guide clients through tours and open houses.
- Provide market insights and help clients understand local property values and trends.
- Prepare and submit offers, purchase agreements, and related documents.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients while following legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.
- Stay up to date on MLS listings, real estate laws, and industry best practices.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through prospecting, marketing, and networking.
- Use CRM tools to track client communications and transaction progress.
- Represent the brokerage in a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements
- A valid real estate license is required or must be currently enrolled in a real estate licensing school.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and on commission
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
