We are looking for an Entry Level Sales Agent to join our team as we take on new business and expand our telecommunication services. As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will enroll businesses in new services that AT&T offers including their wireless and internet packages to enhance their business operations. We specialize in business to business sales and are looking for an Entry Level Sales Agent to play a key part in supporting our customers with services available to them. This Entry Level Sales Agent role includes hands-on classroom training to understand the strategies and psychology behind customer service and sales techniques, as well as learning the products available.
This Entry Level Sales Agent position will involve working with customers daily and business owners to understand how we can best support them. The Entry Level Sales Agent will learn to process sales orders and increase metrics in the area. This role also has the opportunity to develop valuable leadership skills, collaborate with experienced professionals, and drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Entry Level Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers and businesses owners to discuss the services that are available to them and new product offerings
- Complete development training in areas such to understand the products available, sales techniques and how to close and process sales orders for customers
- Assist in identifying businesses who are in search of new services to expand brand awareness and increase sales metrics
- Collaborate with seasoned sales professionals to learn successful selling strategies and industry best practices
- Travel daily to business locations to connect with customers directly and build relationships
- Manage accounts with professionalism and detail showing care to customers services
