The Sales Role
Hiring Immediately — As a full-time Sales Representative, you’ll be trained to succeed beyond just selling roofs. You’ll learn how to deliver powerful presentations, close high-value deals, and build trust fast — all while sharpening your communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. No experience required — we train hard and promote fast.
Your Day-to-Day
- Deliver engaging, high-trust presentations on roofing systems, financing, and options
- Learn our step-by-step sales process and close deals both in-home and remotely
- Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team-building sessions
- Work closely with mentors and leadership to crush your goals

- Coachable, curious, and willing to push yourself
- BA/BS preferred but not required — your mindset matters more
The Compensation
- Salary+ uncapped commission + bonuses
- Average first-year earnings: $72,000 – $130,000
