Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stormwater and NPDES inspections on construction sites
- Collaborate with site personnel to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Document findings and provide recommendations using HB NEXT’s proprietary software
- Travel to various job sites across the region
Requirements:
- National or NC Erosion Certification (or equivalent), Charlotte-Mecklenburg certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days (training available through HB NEXT)
- Prior construction or field inspection experience highly preferred
- Reliable personal transportation
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
Benefits:
- Salary: $35,000 – $42,000 (commensurate with experience)
