Shift: Days (08:00 am - 04:30 pm), no weekends. Hybrid, to teach in-person on-site classes on Wed and Thu.
For Travelers:
Weekly Gross: $1,720.00 as per 40 hours.
OT Rate: 1.5 times the taxable amount.
For Locals:
Pay rate: $38/hr.
OT Rate: 1.5 times the taxable amount.
Job Description:
Participates within a team environment with the responsibility for providing Epic training in multiple applications. Serves as a subject matter expert for user workflows within Epic. Delivers instruction to the workforce via classroom learning, orientation of new employees, coaching, and mentoring to improve performance and evaluation of educational activities focusing on process improvement and automation opportunities (Including AI). Responsible for obtaining and maintaining knowledge of software functionality. Provides support and feedback to IS staff regarding needs for changes in design, materials, scripts, and evaluation tools. Mentor other staff within the team.
NOTE: The Job is Hybrid. They teach in-person on-site classes on Wed and Thu.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in Information Technology and/or technical training required.
- Must have an Epic CT/PT Proficiency OR Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory in an Outpatient setting.
- 1-3+ years of hands-on Epic Training experience, including classroom or virtual instruction.
- Experience and/or training with MS Office and media equipment required.
- Experience in multimedia tools/programs preferred.
- Experience and/or training in teaching distance and/or computer-based learning preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Manager looking for:
- Strong communication/facilitation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms.
- PT Proficiency OR Certification in Beacon.
- PT Proficiency OR Certification in Wound.
- PT Proficiency OR Certification in Hospice.
- Previous Experience in Jeeves.
