Job description:
- Develop and customize within the Epicor ERP toolset including screen customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and Crystal/SSRS reports.
- Technical expertise with Epicor ERP software, including BAQs, BPMs, and customizations
- C#, .NET, and MS SQL programming skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Possesses the willingness and aptitude to 'figure it out'
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Self-starter with the ability to drive results independently
- Strong project management capabilities
- Detail and process oriented
- Collaboration - enjoys working within a small team
- Quality - has high standards and adapts to a fast-paced environment

- Scope of work can increase significantly over time
- 10+ years of experience in Epicor ERP
- Experience/Knowledge of manufacturing industries, particularly aerospace, in relation to ERP
- Finance or Accounting experience preferred
- Background check will need to be completed
