Oilworks, LLC is currently hiring an Equipment Installer/Service Technician. While direct experience with fuel and oil equipment is not required, a background in related fields—such as plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance, or automotive mechanics—would be highly beneficial and strongly preferred.
Qualified candidate requirements:
- Possesses a clean driving record.
- Holds a valid DOT medical card, or meets the requirements to obtain one.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills with both field and office staff.
- Has experience troubleshooting general electrical systems, including both 110V AC and 12V DC (experience with electric motors is a plus).
- Has basic pipefitting experience or a willingness to learn.
- Can safely operate a scissor lift and work at heights.
- Able to bend, stoop, and use various step ladders as needed.
- Capable of maintaining an organized inventory of parts on a service vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic oil dispensing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electric fuel dispensing systems.
- Install fuel and oil dispensing equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, including installation forms and service bills.
- Keep service truck stocked with necessary parts and tools.
- Communicate job progress and service updates with customers and internal Oilworks personnel.
