DO YOU HAVE INDUSTRIAL FOOD EQUIPMENT SANITATION EXPERIENCE?
Ezzo Sausage Company is looking for team players to join our Sanitation Team. This position starts at 4:30 PM and goes until the work is done (generally 8-10 hours). This is NOT your typical cleaning/housekeeping position. You are working in a cold, wet environment and is a physically demanding job. You must be willing to learn, work hard, come to work every day on time and be dedicated to ensure everything is 100% clean and sanitized. We are looking for people who want to work, can get here on time every day, are detail oriented, and stay until the work is done. Because of the hours, relying on someone or COTA for transportation is not ideal. This team works Monday through Friday and possibly Saturdays. Saturdays are mandatory! Previous industrial food equipment sanitation a plus!

Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards (7 Steps of Sanitation).
- Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and tools to maintain a hygienic environment in food production and processing areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Document cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues to manager.
We are a drug free workplace. You must successfully pass a drug screen (negative for all substances tested including marijuana) and background check before you can start working.
You must have reliable (not COTA, friends, etc.) transportation as you must be on time. End of shift can be anywhere from 2:00 AM - 4:00 AM and COTA does not run during these times.
