About the Role
The ERP Product Manager will oversee the planning, development, optimization, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Acumatica and construction management platform, Procore. You will collaborate closely with the Steering Committee, Core Team, and end-users to ensure that Acumatica and Procore capabilities and add-on systems align effectively with company objectives, enhances operational efficiency, and delivers user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the ERP product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and user requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs from stakeholders across finance, operations, sales & marketing, procurement, and IT.
- Coordinate ERP system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with the Core Team and Acumatica support partner, Net @ Work, to configure, test, deploy, and maintain Acumatica modules.
- Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure successful user adoption and maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor Acumatica system performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate the Core Team, who act as the primary point of contact for Acumatica and Procore support issues, escalating and resolving problems promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, system workflows, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing ERP systems, preferably Acumatica and Procore or similar (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Proven experience leading ERP enhancement and optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, business development, operations, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) preferred.
- Experience specifically within the construction industry, understanding unique processes such as project management, materials management, field reporting, time tracking, equipment management, and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- ERP certification (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner)
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of construction-specific ERP modules and integrations (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
Working Conditions:
- Office-based environment with occasional travel required for project meetings or training sessions.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate project deadlines and system maintenance windows.
Reporting Structure: The ERP Product Manager reports directly to the Director of IT.
Work Environment: Office environment with occasional site visits to construction sites
