Job Functions
- Teach core curriculum, including theory and hands-on facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and advanced services.
- Coach and provide feedback for further growth and development.
- Inspire professionalism and a strong work ethic, as is required in the service industry.
- Prepare students for state license exams and placement.
- Implement company systems and standards.
- Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services and then train students on the products and protocols.
Job Skills, Education, and Experience
- Active Esthetics Educator license in IL
- Experience as a practicing professional and experience in advanced services such as peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lashes, etc.
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience
- Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
Schedule:
- Must have open availability Monday-Saturday and be able to work morning and evening shifts as needed
