WHO WE ARE

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare coating, finishing, and fabrication estimates based on customer drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Fabrication Team and other departments to ensure accurate quotes, including routing times and tooling costs.
- Use ERP systems to review job history and gather data from pricing matrices, production estimates, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Finance and other teams to factor in line capacity, speed, and throughput for precise quoting.
- Maintain excellent work habits and contribute to timely project completion.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in quoting and estimating (preferred).
- Skilled in using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and taper gauges.
- Strong in mathematics and customer service.
- Effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities.

Proficient in:
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ERP systems (Epicor or similar)
- AutoCAD and 3D software (SolidWorks preferred)
- General data entry and understanding of bill of materials
