- Performs yard keeping chores such as mowing and tree trimming as necessary to maintain the school grounds in a safe and attractive condition.
- Makes minor repairs as necessary. Reports major repairs to the coordinator.
- Reports any damage to school property to the coordinator or principal immediately.
- Assumes responsibility for opening/closing of the building as is required for the specific position.
- Moves furniture and equipment as needed.
- Complies with the law and established procedures for the storage and disposal of trash, rubbish, and waste.
- Ensures all safety procedures are followed by all employees.
- Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor.

JOB GOAL: To provide students and staff a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to work, learn, play and develop.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders & use lifts to work on equipment.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months per school board policy GBDBA
